Murray Dairy and FeedWorks, in partnership with Pioneer® Seeds, are hosting a corn silage day on Tuesday 5th April 2022, 11am.
The day will include:
- Presentations from guest speakers, Pioneer® Seeds Silage Specialist Jason Scott on the inoculant and ensiling process and FeedWorks Hugh Archibald will discuss economic benefits and animal health benefits
- Discussion on crop management, ensiling management and water use efficiency
- Tour of Pioneer® corn STRIKE (Seed Technology Research In Key Environments) site
- Lunch in Kyabram, cost covered by Pioneer® Seeds
If you are considering corn silage in your rotations, this event will provide a general overview of where corn silage can fit into a dairy farmers operation, along with the substantial benefits of corn silage.
